Our Director
Arco Arena Advisory was founded by Sahand Hussain, a civil engineer who also completed a graduate diploma in psychology, with extensive experience in construction project delivery, estimating, and operational systems design.

Alongside his engineering career, Sahand pursued formal studies in psychology driven by a strong interest in human behaviour — how people make decisions, interact with systems, and operate within organisations. This combination of engineering and psychology shapes the philosophy behind Arco Arena Advisory.

Because while businesses rely on processes, software, and data, their performance ultimately depends on people interacting with those systems every day. Systems that ignore human behaviour often fail in practice, regardless of how well they are designed on paper.
